As always our experience at Bettolas Bistro with Josh and staff was perfection.. The halibut was succulent and the Brussels sprouts are by far the best anywhere. I go here at least once a week, sometimes two and always have a delicious meal and I especially like their fresh fish dishes. The wait staff, Josh and Isabelle are absolutely wonderful and pay attention to detail and always remember my likes and dislikes. Bettola is a fantastic restaurant. Each item was a standout from the appetizers, main course, dessert and wine. It is an amazing restaurant with caring, fun servers. I have gone there often and get rave reviews after people give it a try. I am gluten free, and they are wonderful about preparing gluten free pasta if you give them advance notice with the reservation.

We enjoyed this amazing and extraordinary restaurant for celebration of my son’s birthday. It was my first experience here after hearing my son and grandson rave about the food and the service .. My grandson has commented that the food here is better than any he had enjoyed when recently in New York. Seriously speaking I have never enjoyed cuisine as delicious anywhere else while traveling or in Colorado.. It is a truly perfect dining experience in every way and we can’t wait to return.. Everything about this place is a series of wonderful surprises. When you first pull into the 70's, tired strip mall, you think to yourself, "Are we at the right place?" And then you enter into a relaxing, welcoming cafe bistro and never look back. The service is always spot-on, knowledgeable and attentive. And the food is consistently incredible. Sue, the chef/owner, is a true culinary artist. The presentation and the creative fresh flavors are a real joy to experience. After coming here many times and starting to notice many "regulars", you start to realize what they already know. You have definitely come to the right place!

What a lovely evening we had! Luckily we had made a reservation this time. The ambiance is great. Wonderful music to dine by, candle light and toned down lighting. The service was impeccable. We had a wonderful evening at Cody's. The food was delicious - Shrimp scampi and lemongrass sausage & penne. We had the brussel sprouts and mussels. The mussels were some of the best we've ever had. We went out for an anniversary dinner. We were seated on time, given a complement of a glass of Prosecco. We both ordered the daily specials, which very good. We also ordered a bottle of wine, and were able to cork and bring home what we did not finish. I highly recommend Cody‘s as a nice neighborhood spot that has good food and excellent service.

To find Cody’s I literally googled “intimate Italian restaurants” and this hit the mark perfectly! I also think it’s really fun that it’s combined with Vietnamese food(I will be back to try it). Delicious! I love that they have menus for both Cody's and Bettola. There's definitely great options at a variety of price points, so it's a good venue for any kind of celebration. Good experience.. has always been unsurpassed. We had an amazing new appetizer! Yet..Overall this visit was a tad underwhelming only due to the fact that there are two people in the kitchen. Forty-five minutes for food to come up but we knew that. When we did get it it was rather dried out instead of a ‘fresh out of the oven’ experience. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Aurora. They fly in fish daily, so the shrimp and the scallops we had were as good as anything you'll find in Colorado. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were all excellent and the meal pacing was spot on. The team on site has infectious passion for what they do. They wanted feedback on the dishes and are clearly personally invested in every aspect of the meal. The show stopper was the desserts we ordered — especially the amazing 10-layer honey cake with dulce de leche cream. Still day dreaming about that one.

Sue made something off-menu for us, which was wonderful. Service was attentive without being intrusive. My real only complaint-we sat by the front window. I should have asked to take the shade down, as the glass was cold and traffic lights were distracting. Will now switch to takeout!

At the beginning of the service we were left at the table without water for about 15 minutes. Nobody checked in with us during that time. We felt ignored/forgotten, if someone explained the situation briefly to us or even just said hi while we waited the experience would've been better. The service and food afterwards was fine.

Food was fantastic. It does take a while and the server warned us up front it wood take 45 min. The servers did not scan the room or make eye contact as they walked around, and that made it very hard to get their attention without shouting to them or getting up to speak with them, which is the last thing I want to do. With a meal taking 2 hours, I had to do that about 5 times. And as someone who waited tables in my youth, it is a basic skill for the position. That aside, we had the cioppino, penne Arabia and osso bucco and they were all excellent. The food and vibe, other than the servers, was great.

The food was outstanding! We have been to Cody's several times and you can't beat the quality and flavors of their food. Unfortunately, when we were there last the service was very slow. After providing our credit card for payment, it took almost 20 minutes for it to return to our mail. We will certainly be back.
