My suggestion is provide cleaning products like Lysol spray in the bathroom, it was a pleasant surprise to have a personal bathroom. Had I knew ahead of time I would've bought some supplies since my party guest was using the same bathroom just for sanitizing. And maybe mark the doors Karaoke Rm 1 and #2 other than that my family has a blast. I wish you could pay half upfront and half later for the reservation

To be honest, our party thought the building looked a little scary from the outside, and I was hesitant to go in. I would never have guessed that a place this fun would be in that building. My party had a blast and the service was great. We only really loaded up on appetizers, but we thought it was strange they didn’t use real plates and there were really only fried options. What we did eat was very tasty. It was definitely a different experience, but we will come back!

The VIP Room was an excellent choice for a 40th birthday party. We were able to enter the room to decorate and prepare for guests. The room was clean, but we had to clean the attached restroom up to our standards (toilet, sink, faucet). Only suggestion is the rental price should be the same regardless of day and time. The seafood was really good. Service was excellent!

The food was great! The drink and menu options were great! The service received a 5 based upon the restrooms not being cleaned prior to the event. The restrooms were deplorable with a filthy toilet (human feces visible) the sinks and counter tops were not cleaned at all. There was only one waitress in which she did the best job that she could. However, for a party as large as 25 plus guest, there should have been at least two servers to assist with food, drinks, and general assistance. The front door team was friendly, which was good for setting the tone of the entire experience. The Ambience was super! The website explains that there is full list of karaoke songs. However, there was not a true karaoke set up other than a self-service You Tube option. *Also, I was informed that one of my guest was required to leave a bday gift at the front door and I did not receive this gift after I left. The overall value was decent. The concept of eating, drinking, and singing with friends and family is cool! My family, friends, and I had a great time and we will definitely patronize this establish again in the future.

Everyone seafood bag was salty where we couldn’t even eat it. They are using too much salt on the food. My bill was $440 and to receive food that taste like a salt bag instead of a seafood bag was ridiculous. The karaoke experience was the best thing about the place.

Food could have been a lil bit less expensive when renting a room. Time should be at least 4hrs. Would suggest doing a complimentary bar drink for the Honoree of the gathering. Overall had a nice time and service was very good!

Decorations from the previous party were still in the room. Had to pull down banners and streamers as well as pick up pieces of popped balloons. Our server wasn’t very attentive. Usually pressed the button for her to visit the room. Previously, we’ve had servers come and check on us to see if we needed anything. We still had a great time.

I didn’t like that they don’t give you a 10 grace period leaving your room or that the don’t give you a warning before your time is up. They don’t come in and show you how to work anything unless you ask
