I had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here yesterday. The room was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves. Our server was nice and attentive. Loved the food except for the chicken tenders. They didn’t taste like real chicken to me. The seafood boils was seasoned to perfection and the buffalo wings and fries were amazing. The beverages were small cans of pop for $3 no refills and you have to pay for water which is crazy. The gave us plastic forks to use had to ask for real silverware to eat with. But overall great experience.

My suggestion is provide cleaning products like Lysol spray in the bathroom, it was a pleasant surprise to have a personal bathroom. Had I knew ahead of time I would've bought some supplies since my party guest was using the same bathroom just for sanitizing. And maybe mark the doors Karaoke Rm 1 and #2 other than that my family has a blast. I wish you could pay half upfront and half later for the reservation

I paid for the VIP room it holds 28ppl it was very spacious and clean I gave the value a 7 stars only because we ran out of tissue quick and had no paper towels the food was delicious fries arrived cold though our waitress (Kia) was very sweet and came at a timely manner we celebrated my daughter 15th birthday the kids had a ball we can’t wait to go back

The only issues I had were the room smelled like a mild dirty mop and with the crab boils we were not provided with wet wipe for our hands, which is an understood and should be provided.

To be honest, our party thought the building looked a little scary from the outside, and I was hesitant to go in. I would never have guessed that a place this fun would be in that building. My party had a blast and the service was great. We only really loaded up on appetizers, but we thought it was strange they didn’t use real plates and there were really only fried options. What we did eat was very tasty. It was definitely a different experience, but we will come back!

The VIP Room was an excellent choice for a 40th birthday party. We were able to enter the room to decorate and prepare for guests. The room was clean, but we had to clean the attached restroom up to our standards (toilet, sink, faucet). Only suggestion is the rental price should be the same regardless of day and time. The seafood was really good. Service was excellent!
