Great prices, great food, great service (very nice, competent servers). Prices are average with decent portions. Ordinary space but multiple booths allow conversation without nearby noise.

This was my first visit to Tios and it won’t be my last. Delicious food, attentive and helpful wait staff, comfortable ambience and definitely value for money, particularly for downtown Ann Arbor. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We came for dinner before going to a performance nearby. Our server seemed a bit apologetic about the wait time for our food, but actually it was fine. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was well prepared and a reasonable value for money. One small suggestion - eliminate the raw onion on the lettuce that comes with the fajitas - they don't contribute anything (esp. on the mushroom fajitas, which have tasty, well cooked onions) and are hard to pick out of the lettuce
