A small simple venue with solid staff and fantastic food. We will be back. We had chimichangas, one pork and one chicken, and nachos with salsa. It was all delicious. Recommended!!

The venue is quite small and whilst the service was fabulous and efficient, the cooking odour was quite overwhelming. In addition because of this the door was kept open and as we were seated right by this we had to keep coats on which isn’t conducive to a wholly satisfactory food experience. I think this venue is better suited to a lunch experience or a quick end of the night food setting.

I gave the maximum because as my first time dining indoors, I was so happy with my experience there. I love this place and have loved eating here for years - our covid certs were checked on arrival which made me so comfortable and the food was fantastic as always. Service was impeccable too! Lovely and colourful inside, would be nice if they had some authentic Mexican music to add to the ambiance.

You should include drinks in the menu, otherwise one needs to stand up and go look into the fridge.
The chairs were a bit basic and slippery but I understand it's a part of the design.
The food presence (it actually looks great, much better than other Mexican restaurants) & taste makes up for the cons, thankfully.

we love this place. The guy running the show is such a great chap. He is always smiling,. Helpful and nothing seems to much trouble. Just on that alone I can highly recommend Agave. Lovely food. Well presented and attention to detail is excellent. Top marks.

Good Mexican food, if a little less spicy than I'm used to. Nice staff. Small place. Just a few seats - best for take-away.
