Fantastic food (eat in or take away - it's excellent). Attentive service. We've only ever ordered takeout before but this eat-in experience has ensured we'll be back. Great to have this little gem in the neighbourhood.

Have had several takeaways from here but it was the first time eating in. Honestly, THE best Indian food I've had in years. Just recently opened as a sit in, so we were delighted as the food was even better as just steps from the kitchen. Service was very good, helpful and attentive. Overall just a really lovely evening. Will definitely return

There was very little space, and the food took a while to come through. Service was good though and the decor was pretty.

We arrived half an hour after opening timd. The room was cold enough to keep our coats on and there was hardly any light. Eventually more lights were turned on and the heating was increased. The one receptionist and server looked very overworked and we felt we had to wait a bit long for our food. Sometimes he dealt with take away disputes and looked stressed but kept a smiling face and was very police and friendly. The food was good but I felt the restaurant had pretentions for fine dining with high prices (and smaller portions in some cases) but fell a little short on quality. As for the ambiance, there was one TV playing music next to the reception desk and it was hard to hear at the tables further away. Halfway through our meal someone came to turn on more lights and Christmas decorations (it was December).
