We started our journey back in the Kitchen of our sharing flat. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Our first pot of sushi rice was horrible. My lips puckered, everything was sour and sticky and I wanted to give up (and throw up) right then and there. But, I decided to give it a few more tries. And I found a love and passion I never knew before. My friends and family absolutely loved the flavors I came up with and soon, an idea sprouted in my head: To open my own restaurant. You see, not only do I love sushi, but I also adore food. Finding fresh and local produce and turning into a culinary masterpiece means just as much to me as creating fantastic sushi. That’s how this wonderful idea came to be. And I couldn’t be happier making good sushi and offering fantastic food.
We love this place, fantastic food and service.
Great food and really good value. We’ll be back soon. Note that at the moment it’s cash only.
The mochi were more like icicles and had most likely defrosted and then been refrozen. Sushi and gyoza were good and the noodles were ok.
