Ordinarily great food but the Bavarian stew had very little meat in it and just a lot of cabbage (sauerkraut I'm sure) in a watery stock and no butter for the half baguette

Always love Brass Monkey, and this was my first time booking. I had to move the time of my reservation as I was stuck in Newcastle and the guy on the phone was really warm and funny and more than happy to move things around for me. The brunette member of the bar team with the fabulous eyeliner was also especially lovely. Thanks again gang
