I have no words to describe it! The place is beautiful, calm, quiet. Feels like I’m in japan! The sushi is one of the best, if not the best I’ve ever had. Peach sake, to die for! The waitress was the nicest lady ever. Please thank her for us, blonde lady? Maybe polish? Thank you so much for the suggestions and making sure we were happy all the time. What a place. Felt very spacious and safe. Kenji installed protective screens between tables and all staff were wearing masks.
Service was quick and seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
My food was delicious and I feel their menu was inclusive for many dietary requirements.

We had been to Kenji in St Stephens's Street in Stockbridge before its move to Deanhaugh St. The new bigger venue is very good and had a real buzz. The staff were friendly, helpful and mostly attentive. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed our trip and will be back soon.

My daughter and I had a lovely meal here last night. The service and staff were brilliant and the food was fantastic. There was one little thing that prevents me from giving an overall 10 out of 10, and that was our table was a bit sticky and could have done with a good wipe after the last customers used it. Very friendly and helpful front of house staff.
I'm sure once covid is over, I would score 10 for ambiance, once the table dividers are down.
For us, more variety with the set meals or a sharing platter would be amazing! Loved the bento box for the kids!
