Food was fabulous, service excellent and the revamp of the restaurant has worked really well.
I had the chicken, ham and leek pie, which was a proper pie, not a stew with a puff pastry hat.
My mother had the featherblade of beef which looked amazing, and she said it was delicious.
Well certainly be back, hoping that the steak pie might also become a real pie one day too.

Food was excellent as was the service. Only one complaint and that is the haggis starter would have been better if it was served on a small plate rather than the bowl it came in. Other than that we were happy and will definitely be back.

Starters I had felt too big, I was unable to eat half my main course. Food was delicious and tasty. We will be back ut will choose wisely now we know not to ask for shredded katsui chicken Starters delicious though it was. Definitely will return and staff welcoming and friendly.

Staff very good - friendly and professional. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely busy. We enjoyed the food although the Mediterranean pie was a wee bit over toasted - however plenty of it - chips and salad were good.
Livingston has a dearth of restaurants and The Crown at Harburn is a very welcome addition.

Staff were lovely, service was good. The fish wasn’t quite as good or as fresh as I was hoping. It was a quiet Monday evening so there wasn’t much atmosphere but that wasn’t a problem for our group.
