I had made a reservation the day before but the restaurant was not aware of this. We were not nicely welcomed. The staff did not greet us, nor did they inform us how to order (at the counter or table?), about the available options, about anything. We felt the staff was very timid and not very sociable. The atmosphere was awkward. This was a family birthday and we would have liked to be met with a little more enthusiasm, as the place was otherwise empty.
The food was delicious, though, and it saved out experience.

It seemed to me that personnel was not aware of my table booking - like they were not aware that the web site gives the opportunity to book a table. Overall, not very smiling nor speedy service.

The food was very nice, the preparation a little slow. We had a reservation for 4 people and it took quite a while before we were saved. That would have been fine, but one of our four meals arrived quite a bit later than the other three.
