I have but good remarks to say about our annual visit to catskill rose. I only wish I lived closer so I could go more often. I was there with my son & daughter & we tried several dishes to try & taste. the food is delicious, always innovative, homemade from local ingredients. all 10s from the fenley family.

We've been going to Catskill Rose for 30? years to celebrate special occasions, and sometimes just for a perfect meal out. Never had less than an excellent meal or a pleasant time. Friendly but unobtrusive service. Interesting menu without being weird. Decent wine list. Charming surroundings, especially the carefully tended outdoor garden area. Best, most reliable restaurant for miles around.

Delicious! Peter's attention to high-quality ingredients infused with thoughtful flavors; the carrot salad amuse bouche; the after-dinner liqueur in celebration of our anniversary on Christmas Eve -- all delightful. Thank you.

The menu is a refreshing change with some really interesting items. We had fantastic apps and main courses. We sat outside in beautiful courtyard and had lovely time. We will be back.
