André’s is a third-generation Kansas City Swiss confectionery is overseen by André’s grandson, Pastry Chef and Chocolatier René Bollier. The Overland Park location is overseen by Brigitte Bollier-Gravino, the daughter of André and Elsbeth Bollier. André’s offers lunch plus pastries, tortes, chocolates and baked goods.
