The SOLO bistro bar hotel is located in the heart of Sleaford town centre. Our bistro dining room provides the ultimate backdrop to enjoy fabulous dishes created in our kitchen by head chef Nathan and his team. Our menus combine traditional classics with new world fusion and each dish is carefully crafted and designed using the finest in season produce from local suppliers. Our new contemporary drinks menu includes real cask ales (both local and national), premium beers and spirits, new age wines from around the world and a large range of classic and signature cocktails.

We are an independent, family run bottle shop in Cleethorpes. We are the biggest selection of ales, craft beers and premium spirits in the region. On Saturdays and Sundays we have a pop bar in our heated outdoor seating area.
