In this elegant yet comfortable restaurant located at the Four Seasons hotel, the outdoor seating is surrounded with lush foliage on the garden terrace. Known for its culinary craftsmanship and inventive Californian-Asian combinations, Jaan offers a harmony of several unique cuisines, revolving around the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The main dining room is luxurious, yet simple and serene, with a domed ceiling, white-gold embellishments and Cambodian silk draped chairs.
