Chef Christophe Eme, formerly from L’Orangerie, partnered up with actress Jeri Ryan and created a small menu with delectable French dishes. Eme’s signature dishes include Crispy Languostines with basil, chickpeas, and minestrone, and the Roasted Squab Breast and Leg with a gratin of macaroni and tapenade salad. The foie gras terrine and the amuse- bouche are also items to try.
