Made in South, aka MIS,
established here in Melbourne is
Australia’s first ever Panuozzo bar.
It’s brought to you by
two good friends:
Antonio and Luca.
Both originally from south Italy,
they met here on Chapel Street
just over eight years ago.
They had the brilliant idea to get
together and create a place which not
only serves great
Southern Italian food, but also embraces
Chapel Street’s night life
by offering a great selection of drinks
and cocktails and regularly hosting DJs.
The whole team at MIS creates a fun
and unforgettable experience with
positive vibes.
The specialty dish, the Panuozzo,
is an authentic Italian dish from Gragnano,
and has now finally landed here
in Melbourne.
Simply described,
it is a pizza dough sandwhich filled with
the freshest local and Italian ingredients.
