Staff were not able to answer simple questions in relation to the drinks, drinks requested were not available but were on the menu and we had not been advised of no supply until we asked for the items. There are numerous bottle shops close by to the restaurant so supply could have been obtained- if not the brands on the menu. The new place has not developed its charm as yet, but I am sure in time it will.

Overall great experience. Just one little disapointment. We ordered dips and got a loaf of cold soft bread. We would have preferred either warm crispy bread or some really nice warm traditional pita bread. Also we were surprised that the restaurant was waiting for us to finish the dips before we got our mains. When we queried the mains we were asked are we ready and we said yes definitely we were saving some od the dips to eat with our mains. Maybe have waiter ask us at ordering time if we wanted everything to come out at the same time. Otherwise beautiful food, ambience, price, service

$70 per head was far to expensive for what we got. took a child that had only just turned 16 and was never asked her age(charged full price $70) it was just assumed that she was that age. $210 for a very average meal (set menu) Will never go back as a local and will never recommend to others.

We knew the restaurant was going to move soon, but didnt realise it woud affect our experience as much as it did. The first dishes were well presented, but the food itself lacked any taste. The Calamari were under-cooked and without any herbs or spices to give them the "Greek" flavour. The chargrilled octopus tasted like cardboard, with absolutely no imagination in its sauce. The dips were average bearing no difference to the ones you find in a supermarket, and even the peppers lacked the traditional Greek oily taste. Lastly in the entree were the pork balls, which once again were bland, most likely reheated from frozen, and nothing added to enhance their tasfe. MAIN COURSE : The Barramundi dish was disappointingly small but once again lacked any taste, and seemed microwaved as it wasnt cooked enough. Lastly the mussels were well cooked and though the sauce was watery, did taste nice and went well with a dip of the pita bread which was supplied in abundance. We asked for some Greek coffee, and the staff said they had none.... that is a cincern considering its advertised az a Greek restaurant!! We both hope the new location will bring a better culinary experience!!

The wait staff were very busy but remained polite and helpful when you could get their attention. I don't think they had enough staff. The taramasalata was very diluted and runny. The octopus was good. They forgot to bring a dish. The serves were not big and the pastries were overcooked and dry. The lamb was also a bit dry and had a "fridge" flavour. The barramundi was good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Big serves, warm service, and a proper Greek feed in Williamstown” We had dinner at Santorini Greek Restaurant in Williamstown and it ticked all the boxes. The food is exactly what you want from a Greek restaurant fresh, generous, and packed with flavour. The gyros and calamari were standouts, and the platters could easily feed an army. The staff were welcoming and on the ball, making the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. It’s family-friendly too plenty of space, and they looked after the kids without any fuss. If you’re after authentic Greek food with proper hospitality, Santorini is a Williamstown staple for a reason.

Good experience, food and wait staff great. Was a bit surprised about having to pay a deposit for our booking of 8 people and was wondering how that would play out on the night but staff gave advice on how to handle it. Only downside was every time the door opened from Nelson Place we were blasted with cold air. This is not Santorini's fault, the building has been like this for years - it needs an air lock for the colder weather.

While the food was lovely the service of our table waiter was poor and we had to wave someone over on a number of occasions for drinks and food. No one came to check if we needed anything or asked if we wanted dessert. We were not the only customers in our room with this problem. However we did notice that a group of six at a window table who arrived after us were being served well before us and with platters of food. We waited almost an hour to get our mains after our entree, yet this group had food almost continuously served up to them.

We booked for 8pm and the table was given away before we arrived. We then had to wait until 8:30pm for a table. Staff suggested either sitting in rainy drizzle or going elsewhere. Felt somewhat disregarded. As other restaurants were also busy, we had no choice but to wait. Not great and puts us off going back despite the food being good and atmosphere fun.

Absolutely awesome! We booked Christmas Day for 3 people. Banquet menu was enormous and we could take home what we couldn’t eat. The staff where so accommodating and very efficient. The banquet menu comprised dips an pitta bread, entrees , and main , of lamb and chicken along with fresh veggies. and not to forget delicious deserts. Will worth the money , and a lot less hassles coming to this beautiful restaurant. Thank you , 10/10

After a long time since Covid-19 -Was waiting for an opportunity to eat some nice food :-). Extremely happy I choose Santorini - Was greeted by very friendly staff from Santorini. The food was excellent and the staff explained about the food which was a bonus. It was a shame we could not finish off the Yummy food - Overall excellent for family and mates to hang out in this awesome place and the food is reasonably priced- will be coming back shortly once again. Waitresses were friendly and very accommodating. Food was delicious as usual! And it was an unexpected delight to receive Greek donuts as a 35th wedding anniversary gift when we were leaving. We plan to bring friends next time soon

Our table was crammed in so close to the next that we had to squeeze past. The dips and bread were delicious as was the calamari but the moussaka was awful - not up to last years standard. We left it. They ran out of all but one dessert. Disappointing. The staff were pleasant but whoever answers the phone didn’t phone back when I wanted to order takeaway for 5 people. Also disappointing. I phoned 3 times.

Hi there, when I booked I asked for a table outside, when we arrived I mentioned that I had a booking I was shown a table inside. Inside was super busy with families which is ok and great for them but I wanted outside so I could enjoy the weather and a little less noise. Perhaps take the time to review your bookings on arrival. We enjoyed the overall experience just the seating location was disapointing.

Mediterranean delight, delicious but notably a bit light on for the 2-person shared meat platter when compared to the individual serve, also at our table with similar price per person paid. For that reason have marked down the value for money. As for ambience, we were seated at a small corner table that made it difficult to be fully comfortable and challenging when trying to move the chair to get out. We noticed there were other more comfortable seating options which were not offered. Overall, a lovely experience.

Awesome food and lovely manager and wait staff especially grateful that we got free glass of champagne each because we said it was our anniversary - but please don’t expect this usually. The food was all so delicious except for a hot chocolate I got which was not up to scratch to me seemed insipid maybe lacked chocolate. But certainly can’t fault anything else. We were next to the open fire and all of it was amazing. We will travel there as often as we can in the future, especially for the saganaki- best from any Greek restaurant I’ve been.
