A great night for a family gathering. Food was delicious and service were great.
Looking forward to returning. At times difficult to have conversations as sound was bouncing. Perhaps offer some other white wines on the menu. Recommended Voor Ouker to our friends.

We absolutely loved our meal at Voor Ouker, the food was absolutely 10/10. As someone who also has Dutch/Indo family this was even better than home meals !! We were seated near the door which was a little chilly, we asked the workers if we could move but all other tables were occupied. They checked in throughout the night to let us know they were working on it and when a table in a warmer area was available they let us know - great customer service ! Would 100% come back and make the trip from Melbourne again, recommend staying at the Airbnb upstairs as well.

We had a slight mix-up with our booking when we arrived, but this was handled in a beautifully professional manner, and the service for the rest of our evening was friendly, professional and caring. The food was generous and great-tasting. It was a little hot on the night we came, and the lack of air-conditioning was noticed. We will definitely go again and are happy to recommend it to others.

I thought it was quite expensive for what we got and I was disappointed that one of the curries was too hot (curry, hot). You couldn't taste the other spices. The helpings were small for the price and glasses of wine were very expensive. The owner was lovely and it was nice speaking to her.

Hi I've been twice. The last time we ordered most of the menu. I would say there could be thought given to increased differentiation between the flavour profiles so that each dish presents more differently. The one time we ordered the rendang it disappointed- just not enough flavour punch and piquancy- it was kind of bland. I have had the rendang at Roti Bar in Melb CBD which is extremely good value and traditional- but a better dish for it. Perhaps there is a way to ramp up the spice and in some dishes hotness- there was a lot of sweet and not much on offer on the other side of the palate. Rev it up! More cut through- more stridency :)
