I was disappointed in how unfriendly the restaurant policy was toward vegetarians. As someone who used to live in England and was vegetarian there, I can say that I've never had such a difficult time finding meat-free options. The server offered me a $60 vegetarian special high tea but insisted that it didn't come with the mimosa that the other $60 high tea includes. Since vegetables are considerably cheaper than meat, this policy makes no sense to me, especially since the Cristina had mostly vegetarian options and could be made vegetarian by switching out two menu items. Excluding the mimosa seems arbitrary, like the vegetarians are being punished. You may want to consider that many vegetarians like high tea specifically because it tends to not be a meat-heavy meal option. Having the vegetarian menu only available by request (not on the menu) makes vegetarians feel unwelcome, especially when the mimosa situation comes up to let vegetarians know that we have to pay a fee for our dietary restrictions. I'd studied the menu before making a reservation and truly thought it would not be a big deal to switch out a few menu items. Instead, my experience degraded into haggling with the server over what I felt to be exclusionary and possibly discriminatory practices. Eventually, I gave up as I realized I was spoiling what was supposed to be a fun girls' event with my friend, and the kitchen sent out what I can only call apology mini-quiches with my tea. After all of that, my friend said the chicken croissant sandwiches were dry and overcooked. The rest of the savories were fine, but the scones were a bit stale. Overall, I was very disappointed in the experience, especially considering the price, and won't be returning.

We enjoyed the ambience and food except the macaroons, however our total bill per person was $82+ for the Queens tea. An automatic 20% gratuity was added to the charge!!!!
We could have had a “real” meal at Kyle G’s on Hutchinson Island for less.
We will NOT return. It’s our hobby (the four of us) to visit tea rooms around Florida and other states. We have experienced better value for far less cost.

It would be nice to be greeted immediately when entering. There were plenty of staff, but it seemed as though the one girl was handling the bulk of the responsibility. It is too tightly packed with tables for a comfortable experience. With multiple parties and events happening all in the same room, it was quite noisy. The tea was good and the soup was as well. The scone was very dry. The children's arrangements did not match the menu.

Nahir was wonderful! We celebrated my Mom's 80th birthday at Queens Tea House and she made Mom feel like a real Queen. All four of us enjoyed the Queens Afternoon Tea selection. Every item was delicious. Thanks so much for making tjis special birthday celebration a hit!

The restaurant was very beautiful. However, as we checked in with the hostess it was confirmed as indicated on the online reservation, that one of our party of 4 was lactose intolerant. When the food arrived, there was only one item, an egg salad sandwich, that did not contain dairy which means that nothing could be eaten by that individual. Also, our tea took quite a long time to arrive at the table and each person's tea came at a different time throughout the meal which was awkward.

We had my sister’s baby shower this past Sunday and everything from the venue, food, service and ambience was exceptional. Margie the manager was super professional and offered excellent service and communication with all the planning leading up to the event.
Highly recommend and all our guests were blown away too. It’s a real show stopper!

Disappointed we couldn’t order a la carte. Prices very high and one of our guests can’t consume all that food. The chicken sandwiches were tasteless and the egg salad sandwich wasn’t much better. Soup is delicious. I ordered the Victorian tea. Is there a new owner?

I brought a friend a her 9 year old daughter for lunch. We ordered the Cristina Tea Service for the adults and a child's Princess Tea Service, and the menu items and tea selections were delicious! The Princess Tea Service was adorable! It was a 2-tiered service stand with mini-pizzas, mac n' cheese bites and topped with a variety of desserts that delighted our youngster. Her teapot and teacup were Ms. Potts and Chip from Beauty and the Beast, totally precious! The adult meal selections were delicious! I loved the croissants, finger sandwiches, and the scones! There's plenty of food and there was enough for a small take-home box of leftover desserts. The service was exceptional and everyone was attentive, from the hostess to the two servers. Our child was offered a crown to wear upon entry and made to feel very special. She was allowed to try on fancy hats and selected ones for us, too! It was really fun and we all had a wonderful time!

This was my fourth visit. This time was a bit different. We were seated near a large group that were very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. I would recommend seating a party of two farther away from a large group. Also, unlike previous visits, the volume of music was quite loud.

I held my daughter’s bridal shower at the Queens Table and everything was perfect. Our guests were blown away by the ambience and want to return. The staff was very helpful in providing an easel and extra table and even helped us bring supplies and gifts back to the car. Staff was also attentive to guests and the flow of the program. We were not served very well, Server never refreshed water, or offered more tea, I would have like to try more tea, Not very clear on food being served, asked what some items were, still don't know what I are, Had soup , (don't) know what it was)
but it was good. They had a large noisy Bridal party, so ambiance was not there had to ask three times to turn music down, I could not hear my friend sitting across from me. They should have a party room for bigger parties, as the bridal party noise, ruined it for me

From my first meeting with Margie I was enchanted with excitement to have my daughter’s gender reveal party in this lovely Teahouse. the owner, Margie, Tatiana and other staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The decor is so beautiful and charming! The service for our party of 17 was excellent. The food was wonderful from the many tea choices to the delicious croissants, salads and desserts. This was a delightful first experience at a Teahouse for most of us and we promised to come back again and again! So happy to have chosen this adorable venue!

Huge negative was that my guest ordered one Leonor with the turkey and Brie croissant when I made the reservation, which was several days before our visit. We arrived on time and were told that they had run out of the turkey and Brie. That was the only thing on the Leonor croissant menu that my guest cared for. She ended up taking the Caprese croissant as an alternate, since the only other option was chicken salad and she cannot eat mayonnaise, but she did not care for it, so I wasted my money on the Leonor lunch that was not eaten. If you make people order from the menu days in advance, it is imperative that you have the food that was selected on hand when your guests arrive. We’ve been coming to this teahouse for location over 15 years through several different owners, but this was a huge disappointment. Why bother taking orders in advance if you are not going to plan your food prep professionally?
My Queen’s platter was as expected, so no complaints on that order, but this was a special celebration for my guest, and it was a huge disappointment. Also suggest bring back more scones with clotted crème and lemon curd and ditch the macaroons. Scones are more traditional for tea.

We had a great time! 9 girls all eating and drinking. We had a hard time paying because we wanted to split the bill. Each pay separately type thing. She did end up splitting the bill into two groups. Had a hard time understanding the waitress but she was lovely. Nice time had by all and would definitely go again!

Everything was beautiful. The Tea House was immaculate and the ambience was perfect. The only thing is that the sandwiches tasted stale and the croissants were not soft. The desserts were also not great. The tea was delicious but the food needs to improve and be fresh and tasty. I have been to many tea houses in the US and London. We had a great time there overall.

My friend and I went to celebrate her new job and the experience was great! The staff was phenomenal. Super friendly, attentive, and offered hats and asked if we wanted them to take pictures of the table when they saw us taking out our phones to do so. The tea and food was fresh, cute, and tasty. It doesn’t look like there’s a lot on the photos but it’s surprisingly very filling.

Queen's is a lovely facility, the tea, mimosa,and soup were great, but the rest of the food is mediocre at best. Very over priced, $55 a person. My daughter's baby shower was great, but I felt that if I pay for a private event ppl shouldn't be allowed in. I had to ask a stranger who was speaking on the phone loudly to get up out of the Queen's chair so my guest could take pictures. Also they were showing the room to ppl when we were getting ready to start the shower.. @ $950 charge... for a private event. Overall beautiful experience for the atmosphere and Ambience for our occasion but over priced.

Service was extremely slow. They were short staff but never told us that. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food to come and over 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Some of the hot items were cold. Very expensive and not a lot of food compared to other tea places.

We were promised one gluten free meal. We were finally given a salad, for which we were charged extra! Not nice when we are paying $60 a meal w/o tax or tip. The croissants were soggy. The amount of food certainly did not look like more than what we had, or different from out lesser priced lunches previously. The soup was barely warm, tea pots not refilled, etc., etc.

What an amazing experience celebrating my 50th birthday. The service was white glove, the tea variety was extensive and the tea treats were proper and delicious. On my first visit to QUEENS, I was convinced it was the perfect place for my daughter’s baby shower. I reserved the day and time and sent out invitations. Thirty six family members and friends attended. So many people were impressed with the ambience, service and delicious assortment of food and teas. My daughter was overwhelmed and so happy. It’s hard for me to explain what a wonderful place this is……you need to experience it to know for yourself.

I’ve been to Queen’s Tea several times in the last couple years. This time, by far, was an awkward and odd experience. The server accosted us the minute we walked in the door. She tried to get us to look at an IPad and order before we were even greeted or seated at a table. She also told us that although they have a week day menu, they were only serving the most expensive tiered trays this day and we had to choose one of 3 options. That was the only option. Additionally, even though there were only 2 of us, there was a 20% gratuity added that was also not optional. During our checkout, they also tried to get an additional 18% tip. However, our server only came back to check on us once, even though there wasn’t anyone else in the tea room. Lastly, the tea we tried to order off the menu was not available. It just wasn’t a good experience compared to past visits and we found it extremely expensive for the value.

The background music (pop songs like “Firework” by Katie Perry arranged for soprano sax) was too loud and not appropriate for the setting. Softer Light classical would have been more enjoyable. They seemed short staffed. Only 1server and 1 non-English speaking helper. Warmers for the tea pots would be nice. Food was wonderful, decor and tableware very nice. We would return but some small adjustments would make a big difference.

Everything was perfect until it came time to pay - we were a party of 5 and they could only take up to three cards to pay and could not split the bill into 5 separate checks - also having paid the deposit to reserve our reservation it was confusing when the bill came as it did not show the credit I already paid to reserve our spot. I realize this is a small business and its trying to keep costs down but I think they could do better in relation to either accepting more than 3 cards or at the least splitting the bill into separate checks.

The place itself is very nice- we loved the mix of classic/modern. They were very understaffed. The staff that was there was kind and working hard. The food did not seem of high quality. No cream/jam with the scones, quiches were like what you buy from Costco, cheap items like Nutella slapped in a mediocre croissant. Overall a very poor value for the money. It was a nice experience but I would not return or recommend.
