Life guards & staff are doing a fabulous job
The reservation was not for food but for a swimming spot. That was really practical and accurate. The pool was really good and nice !
Great organization and friendly staff! It would be good to able to reserve the area closer to pool beforehand as part of the reservation process.
No complaints. The pool was clean and the guards were friendly.
There is no food service or l would have given you a perfect score. You should set up the checkout at the exit gate, especially when it is crowded.
The ability to relax and move in water is good for my mind, body, and soul sunshine, fresh air, and water are healing Thank you for all your hard work in making this happen
Nice first day. Very organized and clean. Thank-you.
Used the app to reserve at my local pool. Very easy app to use. Very efficient.
Great time as always...entrance gals are always welcoming and efficient. Lugging my chair is the only downside esp when I make two visits in the same day.
Being a new member, Are showers allowed? , could not locate them. Is there a menu and schedule for the restaurant? Overall , the experience was great....my son wants to come back today! thanks, Karen
Washrooms closed due to virus so very short visit.
staff exceptionally good!
The only recommendation that I have is to add signs that say "NO SPITTING" at the entrance and around the pool. There were some swimmers that were spraying water from their mouths in the pool. Some were spitting as coming out of the pool. Made me feel unsafe during this pandemic. Otherwise, great job by Elm Park pool for all efforts done to protect against the coronavirus.
