Felt like they overbooked the evening as there was a line out the door all night long, they didn’t bring food we ordered, and we couldn’t get more water. Every other event we’ve been to has been perfect but this felt like they overextended.

We had a wonderful experience last night!! The food was fantastic, so unique, bright and delicious. We loved the open seating and byob. A suggestion would be to have someone checking in / taking orders before 6pm. We got there at ~555pm and there were 12+ people waiting ahead of us. Then when the doors opened it took awhile to get thru the line (we didn’t get to our table until 620). Just a suggestion to streamline things / not cause a back-up of people at the beginning. Also, some signage outside would be helpful, we had people asking us where to go as we were walking in and leaving - but that’s also part of the adventure! :) Looking forward to being able to experience the food again and going your permanent spot in Bloomfield!

I’ve done it two Mondays in a row, different menus each time, and they have each been one of the best meals I’ve had in my lifetime and in my home city of Pittsburgh. I wish the proprietors all the luck in the world and hope that they have their own place sooner rather than later.

First time at Fet-Fisk. Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and welcoming. The food was so unique and full of flavor, but we did feel the asparagus overwhelmed the truffle potato filling in the ravioli. Still delicious, though! We snagged a couple of seats at the bar, which helped with the noise level in the room. Can't wait to return with some adventurous friends for this amazing dining experience! Thank you, everyone!

The restaurant was really stuffy. Someone noticed and propped a door open so that helped.
As we were finishing up our drinks we were asked to leave because someone told us the table was needed. I understand you can't sit around forever, and that other patrons were ready for their reservation, but there were other empty tables in the room. I can't lie, it left an unpleasant taste in our mouth after what had been up to that point a really great evening.

Food was outstanding—flavors bright and savory—and service friendly and attentive. Only slight knocks were for how loud the space is, and that all our food—starters and entrees—arrived within 5 minutes. Wasn’t really room on the table and would’ve nice if it were paced a bit. Overall, though, an outstanding first experience with Fet Fisk, and we’ll be back.

The food was simple, elegant and beautifully prepared. We loved the flavors on the menu, every garnish and sauce had purpose, and each pea was delightful.
Our tables were a bit small for our meal and we were doing a bit of juggle and stack to cope!

Got brought 4 dishes at once, was hard to keep up. Menu was not descriptive enough, ended up only liking 2/5 dishes ordered. Very friendly staff, great concept, wish there was more guidance on the menu because was very excited for this but left disappointed.

Disappointing experience compared to our first encounter with this pop-up last year. Poor value since food did not meet up to expectations, considering the increased prices. Menu unreadable for older clients with very small print in a poorly lit place. We had to rely on the hostess to explain a lot. Suggest printing menu with prices on-line so clients can decide whether to go or not, and not be disappointed. This last visit had a lot of pureed foods that felt suitable for a baby .

Best food ever with unusual but great flavor combinations. Variety on menu should satisfy lots of diners. Service was excellent, attentive, informed. Food came fast, perhaps a bit too fast.
