This restaurant is operated by the culinary students at the Sanford Regional Technical Center as an integral part of their educational and training experience. It is open for breakfast and lunch to the public most Wednesdays and Thursdays from February to early May, when school is in session. Reservations are required preferably a week in advance. Only cash or checks are accepted as payment at this time.
