I had a wonderful meal. I tried new things. The explanation of each dish was well done. It felt fancy in a casual setting. Sharing a few minutes of it with Mr. Harmon was an extra treat.

Both times I went were wonderful! The second time I attended with my celiac friend and we really appreciated the extra effort and she was so excited for the gluten-free naan! Both times I attended, I had Jackson as a server and he was great both times!

A great experience, as always. Our server was a little nervous, but did a great job. The only reason I gave a 9 on food was because I was expecting real maple syrup, with my pancakes. I know it's more expensive, but perhaps have available for an upcharge, for people that prefer it.

The students looked and interacted in a very professional manner. The food was delicious. A great value for both the community and students. Wonderful experience for the students. I did notice muffins etc in the glass case and suggest that the wait staff get experience offering those items and suggesting menu items. Additionally, perhaps having some basic "condiments" (jelly/jam/creamer) on the tables would be a nice offering.

My & I had a wonderful time at SRTC cafe on 2/25/26. The student wait staff were very polite, and very attentive to all our needs.
The Chef instructor involved came out into the dining room to introduce himself very impressive.
Job well done by all!

I will have attended the cafe three times in February for lunch.
Service, food, presentation and environment are all exceptional.
Areas for improvement: heat tea water to boiling. Be attentive to proper placement of coffee cup (upper right of dinner plate with handle facing diner). Teapot or creamer pitcher within easy reach of diner.
When presenting check folio, advise diners that breakfast is available (the next day or next week) and encourage their return.
Very impressed with the entire program. Thanks to the kitchen as well!

Loved the omelet, one of the best I've ever eaten in a restaurant. And the wait staff was great: friendly, responsive and kept the flow going at just the right pace. Really impressed!
I just ticked down one on the Ambience because the Italian themed music was not my favorite. Made me think of Dean Martin.

The only criticism I'd have is the little collapsible table to place incoming food on was placed against the wall right out back of my chair. So I had to move over 3-4x so it could be taken in/out for use. So either the little table should be placed elsewhere to avoid interrupting the customer or the entire dinner table be moved further from the wall. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience! Kudos to everyone involved in making it such a wonderful time :)

We had a wonderful experience. The only thing that I could suggest and comment on is the crust on the blueberry tart seemed very hard. This is such a wonderful program for the kids and enjoyed by the community. Enjoy watching, talking with the kids and how respectful they are . If they are not sure of an answer to your question they find the answer for you promptly. It would be so interesting to see some feedback as where they are a year after graduating.

My group had a great experience in the cafe. Just some small things to work on. Table prep for condiments. No butter, jelly or ketchup without asking for it, which was not a big deal but a missed detail for learning experience. Also, definitely needs to work on creating separate slips for customers, lots of errors to be resolved, but again, it's part of learning. We'll go back and are happy to help :)

I visited with an experienced waitress who wished that the serve from the left clear from the right would have happened. The clearing was a bit chaotic. The food is a solid good, well prepared and presented. One visit my companion ordered something that needed syrup and the single use serving syrup was so goopy and flavorless that she couldn't even get it on the food. Understanding there is a budget to be worked, with I am sorry that a condiment prevents me from ordering some items on the menu. Great experience as always and I enjoy being part of the learning experience.

I love coming here! We have been twice and have been very pleased with our meals and service. My only suggestion would be to watch the utensils and glassware. Apparently, the dish washer does not do a good job and they are not checked before putting on the table. But, you guys are doing a great job! Thanks for being in Sanford.

Our experience was amazing! The kids did such a great job! For the sake or learning purposes I guess I would recommend teaching the servers more about being present? I know the juniors were new to the position and they did good. There were a few things like, not being brought menus, my coffee cup was handled by the lip when being refilled, and our servers back was turned to the dining room for quite some time while we waited for our check. Not big issues at all as pur experience as a whole was absolutely wonderful!

Dining was lovely and Mason was our waiter. We were on time and ordered promptly. Our food took some extra time which Mason apologized for the delay. Problem was being rushed at the end because the school day finishing. Thank goodness we chose to take dessert home, we never would have time having coffee. The entire staff surrounded us cleaning and resetting tables. You can't feel comfortable with just the two of us in the middle of that

We are sorry that that part of your experience did not go as well as expected. This is how we have to operate as our students need to be on their buses back to their high schools at 1:00 for our lunch service and 10:00 for our breakfast service. In addition to clearing the dining room, they need to set the dining room up for the next meal service as students arrive only 15 minutes ahead of the first customers.- Overall: 8/10

Having Ratatouille as an appetizer and then squash as a side to the entree was redundant. I missed being aware of what the sides were with the meal. The chicken seemed a little undercooked in the thicker portions. The brulee lacked any crunch to caramelized base. The wait staff were wonderful.

Steak was over cooked but good flavor. Ran out of crème’ dessert so had bananas foster that was excellent. Waiter Matthew was personable. Great experience, and I have reservation already for April.
