This restaurant is operated by the culinary students at the Sanford Regional Technical Center as an integral part of their educational and training experience. It is open for breakfast and lunch to the public most Wednesdays and Thursdays from February to early May and is only open if school is in session. Reservations are required preferably a week in advance in order for students to plan for the upcoming meal service. Only cash or checks are accepted as payment.

If you have a party larger than 4 people, please make multiple reservations to meet your party's size. Be aware that we do not combine tables. If you need to cancel your reservation, use this website. If you need to cancel the day before or the day of your reservation, or you have a reservation request that doesn't work within our framework of this website, please call the SRTC Café at 206-1843 or the SRTC office at 206-1764 and we will try to accommodate your needs.

The cocktail sauce for the shrimp was frozen solid. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back!

What an incredible experience for the students! What an incredible experience for the public! (Always happy to help them learn, especially when it involves food!) Steak was over cooked but good flavor. Ran out of crème’ dessert so had bananas foster that was excellent. Waiter Matthew was personable. Great experience, and I have reservation already for April.
