A theatrical dinner experience that will have everyone on the edge of their seats! When Jack was a boy, he always dreamed of becoming a clown. His parents, owners of a luxurious mansion in Portland, Maine, well-known for hosting the best dinner parties, begged and pleaded with Jack to take over the family's dinner party tradition. This restaurant is operated by the culinary students at the Sanford Regional Technical Center as an integral part of their educational and training experience. It is open for breakfast and lunch to the public most Wednesdays and Thursdays from February to early May, when school is in session. Reservations are required.
