Amora Ecuadorian Bistro is a small family-owned restaurant in Portland, Oregon. We hope to become a beloved local establishment and staple in the community, and look forward to many years of serving customers.

Located in beautiful Nye Beach, Zach's Bistro offers an innovative, delicious menu that is never static. Sourcing from Oregon farmers, ranchers, and producers as much as possible. We source organic produce as much possible. Our fish is always wild and sustainable.

Xia Long Bao - plump and so incredibly tasty! Like a non crispy potsticker or dumpling. I would absolutely order this again. Sesame beef - perfect balance of textures! Chewy, but not tough, meat sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds on a bed of crispy rice noodles.
