we had to wait longer than we had anticipated to get refills of bottomless mimosas while other groups were attended to, we only had 5 drinks from 12 till 5pm!!

The staff are not accommodating. We were given a table next to the entrance. With high chairs, we asked to be moved to more comfortable chairs since we big girls and the place was not even full. We were told about reservations, even though that’s what we did. The fact that they automatically choose your sitting arrangements it’s kind of F up. We only had one drink and we left. Poor management

I just don't understand the private dining part, if it's just a normal seat outside. There was absolutely no reason for me to book then and have a preference of private dining...other then that I'd come again the place was nice

We unfortunately had to walk out as we walked into a restaurant that eas empty and dirty. We were told we can choose our own table but struggled to find a clean one and had to wait while they cleaned it. Very disappointing as we really enjoyed our first visit here.

Overall experience was absolutely amazing. We could not have picked a better place for our year-end function.
The only comment we can make, is the amount of flies at the table, but the waiters did try and assist with citronella candles, which we appreciated.

I enjoyed my experience at Saigon and my waiter Yamani gave me the best service , he’s the reason why I’d come back …The only thing that gave me a problem is the portion controlof food it’s so little honestly you guys should look into it , it’s way too small

The service was too slow, we had to ask the waitress to bring cutlery and wait for it for more than 15 minutes. The mimosas were not flowing. The food was dry and the service was poor

Very nice dinner and evening. Good tasty food. I only thought it was a little pricey, and the portions were a little small, but very delicious
And the Vietnamese coffee was delicious
