Purple Sage

Since 2003, The Purple Sage has been serving American Western cuisine in the old 1895 Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Building in the middle of Historic Main Street. The unique cuisine focuses on the bold and rustic flavors of the West with a modern and sophisticated twist. Try the house specialties like the award winning meatloaf, sugar and chile cured duck, and the fresh Utah Trout. Diners in the private room upstairs can watch skiers glide down the slopes or see Main Street bustling with visitors from below. Summer dining is on the picket fence-enclosed deck, lined with umbrellas and adorned with tiny lights.
