 1. If you require a reservation today for a themed tea, you can make the reservation online up to two hours before the sitting time. If you want to book within the two hours of the sitting time then please call (619) 683 2748, ext 2. 2. All changes, including decreases to your party size or cancellations for tea reservations must be called in by 6pm 72 hours before your reservation date or you are responsible for all teas booked with no exceptions.
Please note groups of 8 or more require one weeks’ notice to cancel or change numbers.
3. Parties of 8 or more, a deposit of $200 is required and will be charged to your card when you make the reservation, a cancellation fee of $20 will be incurred once you are charged, no exceptions. 4. Please make sure you select how many vegetarians, gluten frees, vegans and children you are booking for at the time of placing the reservation. We cannot accommodate dietary changes on the day. 4. If you are allergic to anything please also note this in the allergy section at the time you make the booking. If you do not inform us of how many people are allergic no one will be served that item.
5. Please note we are NOT a celiac certified kitchen. 6. Children four and above only please, we do not provide high chairs or space for strollers. Tea service takes an hour and a half and little ones do struggle with this. Children must be accompanied at all times, even in the restrooms and gift shoppe.
6. Please let us know the name of the Birthday guest celebrating an event in Special Requests.
7. Private party bookings will be sent a contract listing.

Cancellation Policy

At this restaurant, a credit card is required to hold all reservations. In order to place a reservation, your credit card number needs to be captured and placed on file. We do not charge the card at this time, unless you have a party of 8 or more. All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received by phone by 6pm the day before your reservation date. For groups of 8 or more, one week notice is required to cancel or decrease your party size. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged in full (full price of your afternoon tea) using the credit card information on file. If you were charged a $200 deposit (8 or more guests), it is only refundable up until 1 week before your reservation, but it will incur a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations with less than a week's notice.
