Customer Reviews & Ratings

Honest staff, great food !

I went to Crustacean's for New Years eve. The food was excellent and the service was great. I accidently added 20% to a bill that was over $250.00. The waiter brought that to my attention and informed me that the gratuity was already included. Their honesty was greatly appreciated.

My favor Restaurant in the Bay Area

I love this place, the crab and garlic noodles never changed since I first laid eyes on them. Food could not get better than this place. The only complaint is they need to validate parking if you're spending that kind of money. Other than that it's still my favor restaurant. Two thumbs up all day long!!!

Great Roast Crub

The taste it unforgettable! I recommend it.

Good service and food with fair price.

Good Advice

My friends recemmended to just get the Lychee Martini, garlic roasted crab and the garlic noodles. I added potstickers and wanted to try each soup. I should have listened. Don't get me wrong, we loved our meal, but really didn't need the soup and potstickers. The soups "sounded" intriguing, but the lack of imaginative spicing left me wanting more on my tongue. The potstickers were good, but had normal sauce and could have been more creatively spiced. The soups do have promise, they just need to be reworked. The crab and noodles were amazing. What a treat! The Lychee Martini went well. All-in-all a nice meal. Prices could be trimmed a little in my opinion. Our waiter was great! Very nice ambiance. FYI, they have valet parking, wish I'd known before we parked on the street and walked blocks. Nice evening.

Tasty Dishes

My family and I had the crab and garlic noodle plus two beef dishes. All of them were very tasty. I think the crab is over rated for what it costs and the servings for the other dishes could be a bit more ample if you have a large appetite. The service was good and the Asian interior decor was impressive.
