Tucked away in Redwood City just south of San Francisco is John Bentley’s, a new American restaurant focusing on sustainably seasonal ingredients, meat and seafood. Whether it’s appetizers like the Molasses Lacquered Pork Belly, Grilled Watermelon Salad, Spicy Tuna Tartare or the Baby Iceberg Salad, over 10 different starters cover the first course of freshness.
