The Crab Station

$25 - $50

Located just off of Fisherman’s Warf, the Crab Station is a great place for fresh crab if you are looking to avoid most, but not all, of the throngs of tourists inherent to the general area. There are plenty of choices on the menu when it comes to seafood like the ideal choice of those visiting Fisherman’s Warf-the classic Clam Chowder served in a sourdough bowl is available. There is also Fried Calamari, Fish & Chips, and Shrimp Cocktail should you choose. But let’s face it; the place is called the Crab Station for a reason. Live Dungeness crabs are steamed or boiled, then cracked while you wait for the end product. It doesn’t get fresher than that folks. To top it all off, the Crab Station is downright affordable when compared to the neighboring establishments. So if you find yourself in Fisherman’s Warf and you are looking for great crab at a great price, look no further than the Crab Station.
