Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro is an extension of vintner Paul Bianchi's passion of pairing food with Amelia Wynn wines. Under the direction of Chef Gulsidel Velázquez Ayala, the Bistro features Iberian Peninsula inspired cuisine, local and seasonal ingredients, and house made desserts.

I live in Seattle and chose this restaurant due to the posted menu and proximity to BIMA where I was going to attend an event. Dinner was amazing!! So amazing, I would make the trip to Bainbridge just to eat there again! The service was elegant, but not fussy. The food was beautiful, innovative and delicious! Duck Tostada and Mushroom Dumplings....The wine was lovely. We loved it!

This was an extraordinary meal! We shared one of each appetizer on the menu and had a culinary experience like none other, enjoyed a lovely Chardonnay, and then everyone had an entree plus two desserts. The cheesecake was not to be believed. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Don't miss 1) the octopus and 2) the anchovies. The wagyu steak was cooked to perfection. We were seated on the Winslow patio, and it was just lovely. Service was outstanding - friendly and efficient. We ordered the gambas as a shared appetizer, and it was delicious. Then Caesar salad. The salad looked like it was heavily dressed when presented, but dressing was light and the salad was refreshing. For our main, we split the NY strip. Wow! The quality of the steak was outstanding! Tender and very flavorful. Served on a mashed potato purée with a mushroom sauce, along with broccolini. Delicious! We finished with the cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and a butternut squash coulis. We chose to accompany the meal with the Amelia Wynn Sangiovese, which I highly recommend.
The meal was delicious, and the entire experience was delightful. Chef “G” stopped by the table. He is such a kind and interesting man, in addition to being a talented chef!
I highly recommend Amelia Wynn for a memorable dining experience!

Very much enjoyed our first experience at Amelia Wynn. Our waiter was charming and anticipated everything we might need; he was knowledgeable about the wine, which we were afraid might be too sweet, but was delicious (an Albarino). Our food was lovely. We especially loved the asparagus tapa and the seasoned oil and vinegar it warmed in. The barratta salad with seasonal fruit, mint and basil was delicious, as was the pasta dish with a cream sauce, which was tasty without being too overly sauced. We shared these three dishes and had plenty to eat. I highly recommend this sweet little bistro, but make reservations!

My friend and I came last night (7.12.2023) at 7:00pm for dinner. I ordered the pasta with the wild prawns and there were no prawns. I did not say anything because my friend was treating me and I did not want to complain. However, the potato tapas, my caesar salad and the bourbon cake were fabulous. My friend loved her salad, puttanesca, stuffed pimientos and bourbon cake also. The wine flights were also lovely.

This was the first time we have been back to the Bistro since right before Covid. A wonderful experience for my husband's pre-birthday dinner! The salads were awesome and quite generous! The special Ribs were tender and flavorful -we are basically pescatarians (fish, no meat) but this was a special treat! Service was beyond our expectations despite the full crowd! A couple more choices for entries. What we had was wonderful. The scallops were good as well as the duck and the lamb ragu. The dressing on the Barrita salad was very refreshing. We had a nice bottle of wine and we're to full for dessert.
