Incalmo

Overall we really enjoyed our first visit but it was quite pricey for two drinks, one appetizer and two pizzas. The pizzas were delicious though.

We had a great experience dining at Incalmo. The menu offered interesting choices, so the four of us had four different entrees. Two pastas, one pizza, one gnocchi. All were said to be very good. We appreciated the wine deal offered on Wednesday and Thursday nights, and we will take advantage of that again before long. The red wine was from a region in Italy that I’m not familiar with, but it was good and complemented the food selections. The service was attentive and friendly. We were glad to be able to eat outdoors on a beautiful night and hope that option will continue to be available as the weather changes.

Delicious food!! We enjoyed the chanterelle pitzi and squash salad to start. The bolognese was demolished and the pancetta rollito was unique and delicious. Would recommend it for a date night and will likely go again :)

I was very happy to see learn that Incalmo had opened adjacent to MOG. I was even happier to enjoy my first dinner there last night; part of 4. Very good. I am hopeful that Incalmo will thrive... despite the problematic location for a restaurant. Suggestion: Print a coupon offering a free bottle of wine to all persons dining at The Table. IMO? Incalmo's success will depend on Tacoma locals, not MOG tourists.

I have never been. It was my Birthday… it was to cafe style for the food. Wanted it to be more cozy.. perfect for people doing museum, but maybe in descriptions of restaurant… share that it is open to museum and very casual. We debating staying or not… but we paid for parking!
