Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro is an extension of vintner Paul Bianchi's passion of pairing food with Amelia Wynn wines. Under the direction of Chef Gulsidel Velázquez Ayala, the Bistro features Iberian Peninsula inspired cuisine, local and seasonal ingredients, and house made desserts.

Featuring fresh, creative, northwest cuisine and a variety of local Wines at the heart of beautiful Whidbey Island. We are continuing to serve the cuisine you have come to enjoy as we maintain the quality and unique wonder of the menu are our first priorities.
