The only reason I gave food a 9 was because the dessert was a bit odd with the crumble graham cracker on the bottom. By the time I got there the chocolate mousse was gone and crumble was so dry I almost choked on it so didn’t eat it. The concept was interesting but maybe try a different execution including homemade marshmallow on the top or even a marshmallow cream in the middle of the mousse. Maybe the graham cracker crust instead or a homemade graham cracker which Would be amazing.

The dining room was very busy and seemed a little understaffed. Our waitress was wonderful, but she was running the whole time. Food was fantastic (Farm to Table dinner) but drink options limited - no wine by the glass options and the mojito was underwhelming. Dining room is loud when full. Other than that, could not have had a better experience with the incredible views and food

The food was never hot, judt warm and clams in broth should be piping hot. Salad portions increased as the evening got later tables served. Salad was underdresstand I asked for a side of olive oil. Servers were sweet but not used to a fine dining experience. Felt for the money it should have rocked.

The sunset was spectacular and the food amazing. All great. I had told them it was my husband's bd, so I was hoping for a candle in his dessert. That would have been a nice touch. Oh well. Still great food and great views.

What matters the most here is the view, and that alone makes this a 10/10 experience. I will be back and I will enjoy it as much as I did this time. The food was good, but there is definitely room for improvement on the main courses. The tataki was over seasoned in general and very salty. We also had the rib eye which was cooked a bit beyond what I normally would consider medium rare, and the french fries were a bit lack luster. We would have paid more to enjoy a better meal with the view. The service was great, and everyone was just lovely :).

Celebrating our 20th anniversary at the Full Moon dinner at the Summit was fabulous, made all the better by our server, Julie (Julia?). The host/greeter was very nice too, and sat us at a table with views. The food was not a favorite, was served warm or just cold, but the entree choices were great. We sat on the patio afterwards and watched the sunset/moonrise. The gondola was also a treat.

When I reached out to adjust my reservation, I never heard back. I want to make sure that I am only charged for 4 instead of 5. Our server was wonderful! The food was good and the view can't be beat. The dining room could be spiffed up a bit to be more in line with the price of the experience.

There were no red meat options, and nothing was hot. The chickpea pancake was so bland I traded it in for the mahi mahi, but that needed some sauce as it was bland too. This was not a $250 value for two people. I had higher expectations it would feel more like a gourmet dinner.

A decent value, all things considered. A couple of the dishes weren't that great to me, but everyone's palate is different. The view and the gondola ride make it well worth it.

The gondola ride and views were wonderful. The food was good, but not great. At least 4 of the clams in our first course were improperly cooked (had not opened up) and there was very little guancale (only a few miniscule shreds) in the dish. We had to send back our entrees because the prime rib and mashed potatoes were barely warm. The replacement entrees were not much warmer but they would not reheat them. Instead, they brought us a side of piping hot mashed potatoes. At no time were we asked how we wanted our meat cooked (doneness). There was only one type of wine available by the glass (not the kind we wanted) so we had to buy the bottle, which added to the already WAY overpriced meal. I indicated that we were celebrating a special occasion (was prompted to do so when booking the reservation online) but nothing special was done, which was disappointing. I suggest serving local WA wines. We have a lot of really good ones, so there should be no need to serve CA wines. For the price, I expected great, not just "good". You need to step up your game if you want the consumers to pay top dollar.

Scenery was amazing! Service was wonderful - our servers did everything that they could to make us comfortable. Food was not amazing. It was edible, however not spectacular as I was hoping for based on the price. Speaking of price, beverages, or at least a glass of house wine should be included. We oredered cocktails and sent the margarita back. Even after adding simple syrup, it was way too tart. The second drink was ok, but not worth the $15. (Vodka, blueberries and seltzer water) I drank 1/2 of it and was not upset to see that it accidentally got cleared while we were enjoying the views. Taste was bland. I underatand that costs are higher due to location, however the quality was not. The servers were great, and the location at sunset made it worth it. We will come back, but next time will bring our own food and drinks.

First, Julie , our server was incredible, friendly, kind, helpful!!!! The crab cakes appetizer was served lukewarm, should have been warm at minimum. Coffee and tea water no t hot either. The salad wasn't fresh. We had a 730 seating pm, so maybe things had sat too long. 250.00 for dinner didn't make my dinner up there worthy. Julie, however, was exceptional!!!!!

The weather was perfect. Clear skies and warm temperatures. The mountain seemed as if we could touch it. The gondola ride was fun, as usual. Quite a beautiful introduction to the evening. We were a little disappointed in the restaurant. The cost of the experience led us to expect a more formal experience. Instead, it was business-as-usual. The server was attentive and friendly, but the food was below par. A medium rare steak showed up raw and fatty. The tuna was smothered in pepper. All in all, the day was saved by the glorious view and dining a the top of the world.
