Reservations are for indoor tables only. Tables are reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties up to 6 guests, 2 hours with 6 or more guests. Tables will be held for 10 minutes before reservation is canceled and relevant fees are applied. We do not provide separate checks for parties of 8 or more guests and gratuity is automatically added. We dined there for 53rd Anniversary. The food as always was consistent. Good presentation and quality of the food. Unfortunately, the pizza took long. About 25-30 minutes. Our server stated it usually takes about 7 minutes, but there were a lot of pizzas ordered for the bar area. However, we will continue to dine at Verrazanos. Side note: Our 1st dinner in Federal Way 50 years ago was at Vitale's Restaurant, now called Verrazano's

The food was EXCELLENT! Our waitress had an interesting manner; she was nice while presenting options but showed disinterest if we declined her suggestions. And once we had eaten our meal she had a colder demeanor. Weird because it is NOTHING to complain about, maybe because her attention was so intense and engaging increased the contrast with her other behavior. Best eafood Fettucinni in the PNW! Thanks you:)

Attention to Details should matter being on the higher end. Water glasses need to be Cloth wiped Before placed. Even with the best of Dishwashers. Only complaint in food was the chicken in the Alfredo tasted a Bit Old. Everything Else was Amazing as usual. We love that the Staff understand the right timing for Check ins and refills allowing Guests to Have a Good time and conversations to flow. The Sounds of laughter and Clanking of glasses were the soundtrack of The evening. It was overall what we come there for & we have been coming for Birthdays and anniversary dinners since I was a Kid. Thank you.

Everything was great!! My mother in law recently came from Korea, and has a very picky appetite, and doesn’t eat much of any food other than Korean food,,, she has tried 2 restaurants and it was not for her taste buds…so I was worried how she would like the food here. Loved(!!!) the server and manager, who both went over and above to make our celebration a success! We received lovely complementary appetizers when our reservation time was delayed, and also dessert for our guest of honor. What needs improvement: would like the server to include the price when telling about the specials; the seafood risotto had extra pieces of shell besides the clam shells; several of our guests had rickety chairs.

Had a great meal. Excellent food at a reasonable price. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was one the best we have ever had. He had a lot of passion about the food (made your mouth water when he described the specials) and the wine. He checked on us often but let us enjoy the meal. He really added to our enjoyment. And when we say one of the best, we speak from experience. We often eat out and have enjoyed meals in many other cities and countries. I also worked as a waiter way back in my college days and understand the challenge that a wait person has how they can really make a dinner out more enjoyable.

Our server was a delightful young lady, who went above and beyond- even providing us with a list of thrift stores at our mention! The presentation of our food and cocktails were as beautiful as they were delicious. We will make it our fine dining go-to every time we visit Tacoma!

Okay wow! Been here before and it’s always been lovely but last night we were treated so well. We had reservations but chose to take advantage of the new fall happy hour menu in the bar first. We were served by Drew the bartender. Both he and the manager paid such close attention to us without being intrusive. The food and drink were extraordinary but all that was overshadowed by the service. We were entertaining and treating guests so it was important to us. Thank you for making it such a wonderful evening.

I have frequent your restaurant for years as a residence of Federal Way, WA for 11 years. You always captivate whoever I bring. The ambiance is superb, your food is like no other. Your waitstaff is well informed and individually have character, spunk and so charming. I love your quality and it shows that you care. Thank you for being so consistent. Truly there is nothing else for me to say.

Delicious food, beautiful view - we were a little disappointed to see a 5% charge on the bill to cover expenses - had that just been added to the food costs we wouldn’t really have been any wiser, but paying 5% and another 20% for a tip plus tax was a little hard to swallow but we had a really wonderful evening regardless!

Everything was spot on wonderful. Tommy was our waiter and was so well informed of the menu and his descriptions were spectacular and entertaining. So glad we brought our relatives here to entertain. Only exception was we were seated to a large table that came after we ordered. Can be a bit loud, but we were in an area with a nice view. Excellent service and food. So glad it is near my home.

Everything was wonderful. The server was young and still learning. She came to our table 2 times to take our order but left right as we noticed her there. It was a long time before she came back. She later explained she didn't want to interrupt our conversation. She's polite, sweet, and will be an excellent server once she gets down the art of interrupting conversations to take orders. :)

I do not like this survey - pre-picked responses are not right. I know I can change them, but I still feel the pressure to fill them out the way you want them. We really enjoyed our meal, our server, and the establishment. But I am really sick of evaluating everyone all the time!
