The Levels Country Kitchen is located on the Somerset Levels, part of the luxurious Windmill Retreat estate. Our beautiful location is the perfect place to meet with friends and family, offering delicious breakfast and lunch options made with fresh ingredients sourced from our local suppliers.

The Barn @Pod Shavers is perfectly located at the foot of the Quantock Hills close to Taunton. Pod Shavers is an old cattle milking barn tastfully designed and converted to create a stunning restaurant venue. The outside courtyard and Second Eleven bar have also been designed to create a unigue outside drinking and alfresco dining space retaining many of the original features.
