We serve delicious food and drinks Monday to Saturday with an extensive menu including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. Podshavers Restaurant is perfectly located at the foot of the Quantock Hills close to Taunton. Podshavers is an old cattle milking barn tastefully designed and converted to create a stunning restaurant venue. The outside courtyard and Second Eleven bar have also been designed to create a unigue outside drinking and alfresco dining space retaining many of the original features.

We are re-opening on 17th May!​ We will remain CLOSED on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Inside table bookings available for up to 6 people and outside tables available on first come first served basis. The Levels Country Kitchen is located on the Somerset Levels, part of the luxurious Windmill Retreat estate.
