Since 1993, La Panetteria Ristorante has been a traditional, family-owned and operated Italian restaurant located in downtown Bethesda. Argentina’s culinary landscape, heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, showcases beloved staples such as pizza and pasta alongside the famous Argentine meat. Chef and owner, Hector Playuk, under his stewardship, the restaurant continues its commitment to delivering an authentic Italian-Argentinian dining experience that blends the rich heritage of both cultures.

This is a tea tasting room. You come to try tea, either via our flights, kyusu, gongfu, and flowering tea pot services or through cups/pots in store. Our goal is to teach you about your tea and help you find a tea that is right for you. Below you will see under service, three areas available for reservation. Our menu include classic dishes made from scratch, inspired by the classic American dishes created with with locally sourced items and in-season vegetables and fruits whenever possible. Guests can dine in our Restaurant or Bar to enjoy dinner selections such as locally raised chicken dishes, blackened salmon, fresh from scratch soups, and incredible desserts.
