Begin a meal with the Melanzane Ripiene, eggplant stuffed with ricotta, spinach, and mozzarella cheese, or Olivetto’s Bruschetta made with farm fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic, drizzled with a balsamic reduction, olive oil, and grana padano Italian cheese. Traditional Antipasti options like the Caprese Salad and Calimari Fritti will also please hungry patrons.

Olivetto’s pasta menu will delight guests with its robust selections like Spaghetti Allo Scoglio, seafood pasta in white wine sauce, or the homemade ravioli. Unconventional creations like the Ravioli de Pere dish are an exciting new take on traditional Italian stuffed pastas. The Ravioli de Pere is filled with ripe pears, mascarpone cheese, and caramelized walnuts; it is a vegetarian dish that is sure to please everyone.
