This upscale seafood and steakhouse located inside the Four Queens Resort & Casino has held Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” since 1993. Open for dinner daily from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.,  every entrée at Hugo’s Cellar includes a plethora of deluxe treats like complimentary bottled water, warm gourmet breads, signature cheese toasted lavosh, table-side salad, fruit sorbet, seasonal vegetables, and luscious white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricots, and baby figs. To commence your evening meal, savor a delicious appetizer selection from the Dinner menu. Choose among Lobster Bisque, Hugo’s Hot Rock Specialty for Two (mini medallions of filet, marinated Ahi tuna, chicken breast, and shrimp served on a sizzling granite slab), Seafood on Ice for Two, Scampi “Hugo”, Escargot en Croute, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Grilled Stuffed Portobello, or Hugo’s Table Side Salad A La Carte. Appetizers range in price from $12.00 to $38.00.

For your main course, select from Hugo’s Cellar Entrees, Hugo’s Specialties, or Charbroiled Steaks. Hugo’s Cellar Entrees include Chilean Sea Bass, Broiled Australian Lobster Tails, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and more. Some standout Hugo’s Specialties are Duckling Anise Flambe, Rack of Lamb, Beef Wellington, Veal Marsala, and Raspberry Chicken. If you’re looking for a premium steak, Hugo’s Cellar is the perfect place! Every steak is certified Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms and is aged for a minimum of 28 days. Several mouth watering steaks are available: Ribeye Steak (16 oz.), Filet Mignon, Filet de Boef ~ Atlantis (ten ounce filet wrapped in bacon and served on a bed of lump crab), Hugo’s Renowned Slow Roast Prime Rib in 16 oz. or 24 oz., and many more! Add bleu cheese, horseradish crust, sauce aux poivre, or even a half order of king crabs for an additional fee. Every steak is served alongside a delicious mushroom ragout and bordelaise sauce. 

For dessert, Hugo’s Cellar offers luscious traditional sweets like Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, or a specialty dessert fresh off the cart. With its extensive wine list, full bar, and in-house sommelier, Hugo’s Cellar is also a great location for a refreshing drink.
