Simsations is a student run restaurant that will be open most Thursdays for lunch during the school year. Lunch is $8 and includes 4 courses and a beverage. Each week, under the direction of Chef Michael McEvoy, a team of high school culinary arts and hospitality students design the menu, order the food, prepare and serve the meal as they would in a professional dining establishment. **Reservations are required.
