In 1995 Chef Ingalls moved Palmers from Swampscott to Andover and founded Palmers Restaurant & Tavern. Located near the center of downtown Andover at 18 Elm Street, Palmers has been a North Shore favorite for 25 years. The restaurant features a large tavern and three dining rooms, two with fireplaces. An upscale Lunch and Dinner menu is offered daily and Tavern fare is also available throughout the day. Chef Ingalls and his team create a popular "Specials Menu" which changes weekly and features the best seasonal seafood, meats and produce available.

Fuse Bistro was established in 2011. Our first restaurant is located in Lowell, MA. We are walking distance from Boarding House Park, Tsongas Arena, MRT Theater, Lowell Memorial Auditorium & other local attractions. We are a chef-owned Scratch Kitchen, meaning our talented kitchen makes all of our items onsite – from our chipotle ketchup and soups to our cocktail mixes, desserts, ice cream, pasta, tater tots, and more. True Bistro opened in 2010. This was the fulfillment of the Harrison’s vision to create a high-end restaurant in the Boston area. After deciding on a name and finding a location in Teele Square, they joined forces with Chef Stuart Reiter. They set out to establish a plant-based restaurant welcoming to all. Our goal continues to be to offer great food and service while respecting our environment and its inhabitants.
