Win’s Creek Meadery is located in the historic Travellers Rest Inn. We produce honey, mead, craft beer, and beautiful handmade ceramics. The restaurant at Win’s Creek features meals and platters to pair with our mead. Menu items are sourced as much as possible from local and regional producers. A range of sweets are all made in house and can be enjoyed with our fair trade and organic coffee. Browse the Apiary Gift Shop for handmade ceramics, beeswax candles, gorgeous quilts, stained glass ornaments, and of course honey.

CIT Cafe is a quick service restaurant, featuring Asian style cuisine available dine in and takeaway. CIT Apprentice shop has prepackaged foods at very reasonable pricing. The food in the apprentice cafe changes weekly and is not the same - this will be dependent on what the cookery students are studying. PLEASE NOTE - THIS OUTLET IS RUN BY STUDENTS - WHO ARE LEARNING - YOUR PATIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED. If you wish to be served by experienced staff then please dine elsewhere.
