The 105 Social House is located in Palmer Lake, a small mountain community between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. Our building was built in the early 1900s as a private home and was eventually converted into a restaurant. The current owners and staff are happy to welcome you to enjoy a meal or drink with us. Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.

Reservations are made online, and seating is assigned in the order received... all other seats are on a walk-in basis - we have additional seating at our beautiful bar, cozy rear booths, and relaxing outdoor patio (weather permitting.)
