Our thin crust pizza is made from imported Italian flour, an old family pizza sauce recipe, a blend of the finest whole milk & part skim mozzarella cheese and fresh toppings. The Hawks Nest is our intimate, table-served gourmet restaurant space. Located on the second floor of the Red Tail Lodge, the Hawks Nest features a sophisticated menu developed by our award-winning chefs. Adorned with fine custom furniture, an over-sized cozy fireplace, private bar, patio fire pit and spectacular views of the mountain, when you step into the Hawks Nest you’ll think you stepped right into vintage ski country.

Our Omakase experience is $155/person. This will include a multi course seasonal tasting menu, including appetizers, sashimi, nigiri and dessert. Seatings are strictly 2 hours with seating at the bar only. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the reservation time to start service promptly. We cannot guarantee all courses if you arrive more than 15 mins late.
