Signature Crab Cakes Recipe


Sally's Seafood's signature crab cakes that have become one of their most popular appetizers. Simply prepared, these crab cakes are bursting with natural flavor and will make an impressive appetizer at any party or dinner.

Mix all of the ingredients together.  Shape mixture into 2.5 oz cakes, or best guess.  Sear in butter on both sides until golden brown.


2 lb. jumbo lump crab meat 1/2 C. mayonaise 2 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro 2 each egg yolks 1/2 C. panko bread crumbs
