In December of 2010 owners, Danny & Tiffany Ingram had just $100 to their names & high hopes for creating a delicious vibrant American restaurant in Mechanicsville. June 9th & 10th Husband and Wife duo, Chef Henry Preston and Pastry Chef Kristin Preston, team up to host a fine dining take on traditional Hawaiian fare. Chef Henry was born and raised in Hawaii and draws on classic French techniques in a playful interpretation of the cuisine from his youth. Based in New American fine dining, Chef Kristin enjoys bringing an exotic and fresh expression to conventional flavors and textures. Tasting menus $37.50 per person. PPW's Bistro includes savory small plates and shareables, refreshing side salads, various types of cheese displays, delicious soups, Entrées of the day chosen by our gourmet chef, and mouthwatering Panini’s.
