Lot 88 is a traditional steakhouse with a modern twist featuring unique lava rock grill that can be ordered as an option with most of our steak dishes. Cook the steak to your liking right at your table, a perfect shareable and why not add some steak toppings to savour the flavour. The Apollo restaurant was established in 1970 by George and Toula Sakellaris. George and Toula immigrated from small villages in Southern Greece in the 1960’s. As newly married couple in their early 20’s, they opened the Apollo Restaurant on the Kingsway. In the beginning, the Apollo was open for breakfast, lunch, and late night food. A typical day began with Toula opening the restaurant at 6:00am, and George closing the restaurant at 2:00 am. I have always been passionate about food and people. It was a lifelong dream of mine to own a restaurant and I couldn’t imagine being happier anywhere else. I purchased Signatures Restaurant in June 2013 and have loved every minute of working in Chelmsford and bringing great food in a relaxed atmosphere to the community.
