Bertrand at Mister A's Now Serves Brunch

Bertrand at Mister A's

Whether you prefer eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, or a fluffy frittata, it is hard to resist an invitation to brunch. Existing almost exclusively on the weekends, with special menus and multiple watering holes providing the perfect locale to gather friends and family, brunch is an event all on its own. An ideal brunch spot offers a relaxing atmosphere, a variety of breakfast favorites, and for those 21 and up, an endless supply of adult beverages. Fortunately, for brunch enthusiasts, starting on April 7th, Bertrand at Mister A's will satisfy that weekly fix by serving an elaborate spread on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Best known throughout San Diego for a panoramic view of the city, Bertrand at Mister A’s consistently excites guests’ senses with its location and creative American cuisine. Already open for weekday lunch and dinner daily, this Banker’s Hill dining destination will open its doors to hungry patrons looking to fill their tummies with a variety of sweets, seafood, and traditional brunch fare. However, a locale with such unparalleled views requires an equally superb brunch assortment, and its a la carte menu certainly sets the tone for a lavish meal. Since this is the first time Bertrand’s will be serving brunch, Executive Chef Stéphane Voitzwinkler created a menu that surpasses breakfast lover’s expectations by featuring starters and lighter dishes, a collection of salads, alongside specialties like House Made Bravlax, with toasted brioche and chive cream cheese, and Duck Confit “Spring Rolls.” This luxurious twist on brunch continues onto the main portion of the menu; diners will have difficulty choosing between appetizing entrees such as Lump Crab Eggs Benedict or Pork Belly and Sweet Potato Hash, with eggs prepared any way.

In addition to the hearty entrees, Bertrand at Mister A’s brunch menu features a vast selection of sugary treats. This list of sweets encompasses most traditional brunch favorites from Belgian Waffles and Crepe Suzettes to decadent options such as Fruit Fondue and Hawaiian Bread French Toast. With each dish sounding so delectable, it makes it tough to choose just one, but luckily Bertrand offers a flight option where guests can select three desserts to sample. In the drink department, Bertrand has signature Bloody Mary’s, fruity mimosas, and Bellinis along with plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Offering majestic views of San Diego’s beauty, alongside an abundant menu featuring its famed cuisine, brunch at Bertrand is an affair you do not want to miss. Grab all your friends, family, neighbors, and out of town guests and make a reservation today!
